The Harwich Historical Society begins its 11th Farmers’ Market season on Thursday, July 2nd. The market is held on the grounds of the Brooks Academy Museum located at 80 Parallel Street in Harwich. The market will run every Thursday through the first week in October.

We have many returning farmers this year in addition to welcoming new vendors. Our diverse offerings include locally grown produce, baked goods, handcrafted items, and even scientific programming!

The market will look a little different this year, as there are new guidelines and regulations in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our vendors and the community. There will be clearly marked entrance and exit points to the market and vendor booths will be space to create a one way traffic pattern while keeping socially distant. We will be limiting the number of shoppers allowed in the market at a time. A sanitizing station will be available at the entrance to the market and volunteers will be on hand to assist customers and vendors. Masks are required.

We look forward to welcoming our returning vendors and customers and sharing the market with new arrivals this year!
